Today, I tried to make a Perfect CopyFendi White Zucca Mini Mon Tresor Bag. I’m a big fan of Fendi bags, especially the Zucca print, and this mini bag is just too cute! But, you know, the real deal is pretty expensive. So, I thought, why not try to make one myself? A little DIY project, right?
First, I looked for some white fabric with a similar texture. I found this off-white canvas that I think would work. It’s not exactly the same, but it’s close enough. Then, I needed that iconic Zucca print. I couldn’t find fabric with the print, so I decided to get creative. I bought some dark brown fabric paint and a stencil with the Fendi logo. It wasn’t easy, but I carefully painted the logo all over the canvas. It took forever, and my hand was cramping, but it turned out okay! I made sure that the logo pattern was correct by looking at the picture of a real Fendi bag on the internet.
Next, I had to cut the fabric into the right shape. I found a pattern for a mini bucket bag online, and I modified it a bit to match the Mon Tresor style. I am not a professional, but I tried my best to make it look like the real thing. Cutting the fabric was a bit tricky because I didn’t want to mess up the print. But I took it slow and managed to cut out all the pieces.
Now, the hard part – sewing! I don’t have a sewing machine, so I had to hand-sew everything. Let me tell you, it was tough. My fingers were sore, and I poked myself with the needle a few times. But I kept going, and slowly but surely, the bag started to take shape. After a lot of effort, I finally put all the pieces together. I think that it looked really good at this stage.
Finally, I added the finishing touches. I made a drawstring closure using some brown cord I found at a craft store. I also added a little Fendi logo charm that I made out of some leftover fabric and a metal ring. And voila! My very own “Fendi” bag was complete!
It’s definitely not perfect. The stitching is a bit wonky, and the print isn’t as crisp as the real thing. But you know what? I’m pretty proud of it! It was a fun project, and I learned a lot along the way. Plus, I saved a ton of money! I mean, who cares if it’s not a real Fendi? It’s unique, and I made it myself. That’s what matters, right?
